Partial Vacuum Tray
Method – Partial vacuum

The packages with partial vacuum are substantially similar to those under vacuum; the difference lies in the fact that not all the air present in the package is removed, but only partially.
Benefits
The advantage of the partial vacuum is that the product is not adhered to the package, which is not stretched or deformed and the product inside is not crushed.
Since a quantity of air remains in the package with partial vacuum which can alter the product if subject to rapid deterioration, BMB recommends using other types of packaging: for example the one in a modified atmosphere which allows long conservation even for delicate products thanks to the use of inert gases that do not alter their characteristics.
Applications
This type of packaging is particularly suitable for products that already have a good shelf life, but need particular attention to the shape or structure.
