If your production involves extra-large formats—such as whole deli meats, large cheese wheels, or bulky industrial components—standard machines simply won’t cut it. The BMR Series is specifically engineered to handle what others can’t: products up to 1600 mm in length and 380 mm in height

The available models differ from each other in terms of the number, length and distance between the sealing bars and the consequent size of the vacuum chamber. The machine can be equipped with three sealing bars, allowing to take full advantage of the chamber dimensions.

This isn’t just a vacuum sealer; it’s a high-capacity industrial hub. With its independent loading belt, your workflow never stops. While one batch is being processed in the chamber, your team (or a robotic system) can already be positioning the next products on the infeed belt. This separation of loading and packaging phases eliminates downtime and sky-rockets your hourly output.

Vacuum pump group is chosen according to the customer’s technical needs, also allowing the connection of centralized vacuum systems. Each machine guarantees precise vacuum control thanks to the absolute sensor as standard.

Constructed entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, the BMR series combines massive power with a “wash-down” hygienic design.

 Featuring an intuitive 7″ touch-screen HMI and full Industry 4.0 integration via Ethernet, you gain total control over your production data and remote assistance capabilities

Specific use: For a wide variety of food and non-food products, in specific bags with different thicknesses, formats and materials including the latest generation “Eco-Friendly” ones.

What types of bags? Any (PA / PE – OPA / PP – Aluminum) vacuum pouches and shrink bags, in different thicknesses that can be easily managed by adjusting the sealing intensity on each model.
