TYPES OF PACKAGING
Conveyor Pro SP series belt vacuum packaging machines are fast and versatile machines, also designed for long service life, that allow automatic and continuous packaging of any type of product, food or non-food, in bags for large batch sizes.
The automatic infeed belt makes the loading process separate from the packaging process therefore the positioning of products on the infeed belt can take place during the vacuum cycle, either manually or by means of automated loading systems such as robots or product handling belts.
With state-of-the-art construction design and high efficiency, the packaging machine can achieve high capacities with the best value for money on the market.
Available models differ from each other in the number, length and distance between sealing bars and the resulting size of the vacuum chamber. The bell can be equipped with three sealing bars, allowing full use of the chamber size, and can be loaded from either side.
The 7-inch touch-screen color display control panel is easy to use thanks to the HMI developed in-house and allows up to 99 work programs to be stored. The PLC handles all parameters with extreme speed and flexibility, while the Ethernet connection allows remote control of work data as well as interfacing the machine with company systems to meet Industry 4.0 requirements.
The vacuum pump unit is chosen according to the customer’s technical requirements, also allowing the connection of centralized vacuum systems. Each machine ensures precise vacuum control thanks to the standard absolute sensor.
The machine structure is completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel with an easy cleaning system including quick release of the belt, automatic water drainage, and electrical cabinet in IP67 / NEMA 4 insulation class.All Conveyor Pro series belt models are available with additional options such as soft-air technology for controlled re-entry, sealing bar adjustment systems for sealing different sized products, bi-active “Twin Seal” or “Wide Seal” sealing, and scrap cutting systems complete with automatic scrap suction.
Specific use: For a wide variety of products, food and non-food, in specific pouches with different thicknesses, sizes and materials including the latest “Eco-Friendly” pouches.
For what types of bags? Any (PA/PE – OPA/PP – Aluminum), for vacuum smooth or embossed, shrinkable, in different thicknesses easily managed by the sealing intensity adjustment standard on each model.
